So I went out today,to check out clothes and things on what to bring back for little cousins. Saw some pretty stuff for the girls and this pants, summer pants for Amir and shoes!

I wish I have all the money in the world to buy them loads of stuff :( unfortunately I don't boooo :(

The day was so bright today, I am loving the weather.

Good news, I have been longing to use contact lenses ever since the last pair that I had got torn. Asked my mother to order some for me in Brunei at the shop that I usually bought them but they don't do my lenses anymore. Apparently they have a new manager so things such as the administration are different now so I can't get them contact lenses.

So the good news is I went to Boots to ask about the cost. The optician told me that I need to have my eye checked and it has to be not more than 6months ago and I have to have a form signed by the eye doctor. Since I don't have any of those I have to recheck my eyes, this would cost 20quid and I have to pay for the appointment. Appointments to see the doctor would cost me 35quid. So everything now is already 55quid without the contact lenses. I need to pay another amount of money for the contact lens and the price varies accordingly to the range of degrees and astigmatism which is understandable. But wholly shmolly all and all is about 80quid which is 20 more quid to 100 quid! (100pounds x 2.7=$270 Bruneian dollars!)

Then I went to Specsavers which saved my life!!!! Literally it did! I went in and asked if they do contact lenses and etc. She said they do and I asked her how much does the process cost in total. She said I have to have my eyes checked which is not necessary but I think it is for me cause I haven't had my eyes checked over the past 6months. And this will cost 20quid. Next process is the fitting in of the contact lenses, a tiral period. This ontheotherhand is free. And then it would take around 7working days to order the contact lense. My pair would cost around 15quid but just incase I am saving up 20quid for the lenses. So all and all it would only cost me less than 50quid to get them lenses. This is way cheaper than Boots. I think Boots is such a rip off. Sorry Boots :(

That is one good news :) Another one is that I figured out to work the wheels of my luggage which I thought was completely broken and not fixable. Mik came over and told me how it worked and I tried to figure out some stuff while he was talking to Mo. All I need now is a screw which I will find in a DIY shop tomorrow, hopefully the sell them ones so I dont have to spend 200quid on a new luggage. *fingers crossed so tight

I am going to town again tomorrow. Hopefully everything will work out. I believe in patience. (although I am not really great with it) God please help me out with the luggage thingy,that it will be sorted out. So money would be saved in case of an emergency (knock on wood) instead of spending them on a new luggage. Please make the contact lenses and luggage bag fixable please.Amin. :)

I am not being a freak or anything but I just think that I should be thankful. Been through some really tough and harsh times a lot lately :)
